To report an error, email corrections@utilitycostguide.com. Include the page URL, the item you believe is wrong, and a link to the official utility document if the issue concerns a fee.
What happens next
The Utility Cost Guide research team compares the report with the cited source and any newer applicable document. We correct confirmed errors, update the record’s verification information where appropriate, and describe material published corrections in the log below. Ambiguous fees are marked for review while we seek the applicable source. We review every fee-change report, but cannot promise a response time.
