Estimates, not quotes

Fee tables and calculator results are planning estimates built from published utility and municipal fee schedules. They are not bills, quotes, or binding determinations. The amount you actually pay can depend on your parcel, meter size, capacity or ERU assignment, permits, credits for existing service, and construction conditions. Always confirm current charges in writing with the serving utility before you sign a contract, set a budget, or close on a property.

Accuracy and timing

We link every fee to its source and record when we last checked it, as described in our methodology. Utilities change fees, often on a fixed date each year, and a schedule can change between our checks. Rows we could not confirm on a current source are labeled “Confirm with utility.” If you find an outdated or incorrect figure, please tell us and we will review it.
