We read every message. We are a small operation and cannot promise a reply time, but corrections are prioritized.

Report a fee change

To help us check a report quickly, include:

• The utility name and city or state
• A link to the official fee schedule, tariff, ordinance or rate sheet
• The effective date shown in that document
• The line item that changed, plus meter size or customer class if it matters
• The URL of the UCG page or database record you believe is out of date

We compare the report with the cited source and any newer document, then update the record or flag it “Confirm with utility”. See corrections for the full process.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give a utility or contractor quote, arrange a connection, or tell you what your property will be charged. Only the serving utility can do that. Our methodology explains how the planning figures are built. Please do not send sensitive personal information; see the privacy policy for how emails are handled.

UCG takes no payment for listings or placement, so offers to buy inclusion or rankings will not be accepted. Any advertising will run through Google AdSense, not direct sales; see the advertising disclosure.
